Pickup art on display

When the Superior, MT, Post Office held an event recently to celebrate the release of the Pickup Trucks stamp set, employees revved up interest by injecting an extra element of fun.

Retail Associates Diane Gaston and Breyanna King, as well as Officer in Charge Liz Asay, spent three weeks before the occasion working on intricate details to make it a success, including a special coloring contest open to all ages.

Enthusiastic artists in the community submitted 57 entries into the contest. After more than 180 local event attendees perused the talented works, they chose seven winners who reveled in the recognition.

In addition to the colorful art on display, many visitors also brought their pickup trucks to put on display for the community to enjoy.
