Fight against hunger scores major victory

Stamp out hunger 2016

The results are in, and the 24th National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive brought in a record amount of non-perishable donations.

Generous donations in 2016 exceeded the previous record of 77 million pounds of food. In total, the food drive effort has yielded 1.5 billion pounds of food since it began in 1993.
