When Lincoln, NE, College View Station Retail Associate Heather Bayless saw a business customer lugging more than 200 packages, all without postage, into the office to mail to customers, she knew she could help improve the customer experience.

    The customer is grateful, as are all the other customers who formerly had to stand in line behind that customer mailing 200 packages without postage at the retail counter.

    If I was behind a customer with 200 packages, I think I would have gone to UPS….
