The Million Mile Award is a prestigious honor provided to those with a perfect safety driving record over the course of 30 years or one million miles with zero at-fault accidents. Glendive, MT, City Carrier Perry Nentwig is one of the latest recipients of this well-deserved award.

In addition to achieving million mile status, Nentwig also celebrated his 35th year on the job recently. He wore many hats in his first few years of service, spending time in a variety of roles before obtaining his current position as a city carrier. Nentwig has now been on the same route for 30 years and estimates that he’s walked at least 100,000 miles in his career.

“He’s an amazing employee, and I’m proud to have him on my team,” said Glendive, MT, Postmaster Brandi Lien.
