Laughlin, NV, Retail Associate Al Sarabia helps a member of St. John’s Catholic Church load Priority Mail packages onto a mail container.

As an Operation Desert Storm veteran, Laughlin, NV, Retail Associate Al Sarabia appreciates the efforts of others in sending care packages to the troops overseas. When volunteers from the St. John’s Catholic Church wanted to send 300 packages to service members on deployment, Sarabia was eager to help.

Sarabia worked with volunteers of the church to offload three loads of Priority Mail from their trailer and load them into GPMCs. Retail Associate Clayton McVicker, along with support from the small business customer hotline, taught the church how to prepare the needed postage online, so their mailings were ready to be scanned and entered into the network after drop off.
