Soaring Success in CO/WY

Wait Time in Line is an important measurement of the Retail Customer Experience. While most Post Offices make it their mission to provide customers with a positive experience, six particular offices in the Colorado/Wyoming District have demonstrated that commitment with a perfect mystery shop score since fiscal year 2011.

To celebrate, employees at these offices were treated to a breakfast or lunch as well as a letter of thanks signed by District Manager Selwyn Epperson and a certificate of recognition signed by Retail Manager Doreen Husner.
